A proud Staten Islander, I created the Birthday VIP Club to help local independent restaurants grow without commissions or hidden marketing fees. After COVID, I wanted a better way to connect restaurants with local diners — and discovered that birthday marketing is one of the most powerful yet overlooked opportunities.

I was also frustrated by how hard it is to find promotions online. Social media posts vanish after one view, leaving guests in the dark. Birthday VIP fixes that with a permanent home for birthday offers so they’re always visible, claimable, and celebrated.

I’m building this platform with my son, Nio — who brings 15+ years of restaurant experience and a love for front-of-house hospitality after training at Cordon Bleu. Together, we’re making birthdays a true win-win for both restaurants and guests.
